We want homeowners to understand their water before buying anything. Our pages explain common water problems, what local utilities report, and what treatment does and doesn't do, so you can make a decision with the facts in front of you.
How content is made
- Some pages and articles are drafted with the help of AI writing tools.
- Local facts, such as a utility's hardness figures or disinfectant, are checked against public sources: utility water quality reports and state and county agency pages. We link those sources on the page.
- Where we could not find an official figure, we say so instead of guessing, and point you to your utility's report or to a test of your own water.
- We do not publish customer testimonials we cannot verify.
